WEEKLY REFLECTION :WEEK-08

On Saturday, September 27, 2025, the Natural Science Department of Sabarigiri College of Education conducted its weekly reflection meeting through Google Meet from 8:25 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. The meeting was part of our routine academic schedule and marked the completion of the eighth week of our ongoing teaching practice. All teacher trainees actively participated in the session and shared their valuable experiences from different schools, which gave us an opportunity to learn from one another’s challenges and achievements.

As part of the discussion, we were instructed to conduct an achievement test on either the 9th or 10th of September. In addition to this, we were reminded of the importance of completing our innovative work on time, as it forms an essential component of our teaching practice. Our teacher provided thoughtful guidance, clarified certain academic requirements, and gave us specific instructions for the upcoming weeks.

Another important announcement made during the meeting was that Phase One of our teaching practice had been extended until October 10, giving us additional time to refine our classroom activities and complete all required tasks. Furthermore, it was informed that the next reflection meeting would be held on the following Saturday at the college campus itself, allowing us to come together in person for further discussions.

The session concluded punctually at 8:45 p.m., leaving us with clear directions and renewed motivation to carry forward our practice teaching responsibilities with dedication.

 Week -07 MONDAY - WEDNESDAY(15/09/25 to 17/09/25) REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE   32 DAY : MONDAY:15/09/25 Today, I reached the school at 9:15 a.m. and went straight to the principal’s office to sign the attendance register. Soon after, I joined the morning assembly. During the assembly, the teacher announced that the Arts Festival would be conducted on Tuesday and Wednesday. The students were very excited to hear the announcement. After the assembly, I was assigned a substitution period in class 5C. I engaged the students with a few interesting activities, which they thoroughly enjoyed. The class was very lively, and the students participated actively, making the session a meaningful one.
