REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE
32 DAY : MONDAY:15/09/25
Today, I reached the school at 9:15 a.m. and went straight to the principal’s office to sign the attendance register. Soon after, I joined the morning assembly. During the assembly, the teacher announced that the Arts Festival would be conducted on Tuesday and Wednesday. The students were very excited to hear the announcement.
After the assembly, I was assigned a substitution period in class 5C. I engaged the students with a few interesting activities, which they thoroughly enjoyed. The class was very lively, and the students participated actively, making the session a meaningful one.
Later, I had another substitution in class 6B. In this class, I introduced some fun activities such as games, memory exercises, and puzzles. The students were enthusiastic and participated wholeheartedly. I also gave them some time to practice for the upcoming Arts Festival, especially their dances and songs.
Following this, I had a substitution in class 9A, which is my concerned class. Here, I took the topic “Rate of ventilation its recording and reason for increase of ventilation” and explained it in detail. The students listened attentively and interacted well during the session, making it an effective class.
At noon, I took part in the midday meal program by serving food to the students. It was a pleasant experience to be involved in this activity.
In the afternoon, I conducted a Sociometry activity in class 9A. This gave me an opportunity to study the interpersonal relationships and group dynamics among the students. It was an insightful experience that helped me understand the social structure of the class better. Then the teachers allotted time for the students to practice for the Arts Festival. The entire school atmosphere was vibrant, as students were rehearsing dances, songs, and other performances with great enthusiasm. Their dedication clearly showed their determination to achieve good results.
Finally, at 3:45 p.m., the school day concluded with the National Anthem and a prayer. After ensuring that all students had left the campus safely, we also left for home, carrying with us the satisfaction of a productive and engaging day.
