 On January 30, India observes Martyrs' Day to honor those who sacrificed their lives for the country. This date commemorates the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi in 1948 and serves as a solemn reminder of his principles of non-violence, truth, and unity. People across the nation pay tribute to Gandhi and other martyrs through silent prayers and various events. At Raj Ghat, Gandhi’s memorial, the President, Prime Minister, and other dignitaries observe a two-minute silence to reflect on his contributions to India's independence movement. Schools and institutions also hold programs and discussions to inspire future generations with the ideals of peace, courage, and patriotism. Martyrs' Day is an occasion to remember and honor those who selflessly fought for justice and the nation's integrity.

 At Sabarigiri College of Education, Martyrs' Day was observed with great solemnity on January 30, paying tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and the many brave souls who laid down their lives for the nation. The event featured speeches, presentations, and interactive activities to highlight the significance of the day.

 The program began with Revathy as the anchor, setting the stage for a meaningful and reflective commemoration. Toufeeka delivered an insightful speech, emphasizing Gandhi's enduring values of non-violence, truth, and patriotism. 

 Shamnad’s video presentation offered a powerful visual account of India’s freedom struggle and the sacrifices made by martyrs. The video deeply resonated with the audience, reinforcing the importance of remembering their contributions. 

 Anupama conducted a quiz competition to engage students, testing their knowledge of India’s independence movement and key historical figures. This interactive session encouraged reflection on the sacrifices that shaped the nation's history. 

  The event effectively instilled respect, gratitude, and patriotism among students and faculty, making it a fitting tribute to the martyrs. The program concluded with a moment of silence to honor those who dedicated their lives to the nation's freedom and progress.

 Week -07 MONDAY - WEDNESDAY(15/09/25 to 17/09/25) REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE   32 DAY : MONDAY:15/09/25 Today, I reached the school at 9:15 a.m. and went straight to the principal’s office to sign the attendance register. Soon after, I joined the morning assembly. During the assembly, the teacher announced that the Arts Festival would be conducted on Tuesday and Wednesday. The students were very excited to hear the announcement. After the assembly, I was assigned a substitution period in class 5C. I engaged the students with a few interesting activities, which they thoroughly enjoyed. The class was very lively, and the students participated actively, making the session a meaningful one.
