 An online weekend reflection for Week 2 of Phase I Teaching Practice was held on 27th July 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The session was led by our teacher, who offered insightful guidance and support to help us successfully navigate the teaching practice process. Key points discussed included the importance of punctuality, classroom management, and student engagement. Our teacher also reminded us about the timely submission of essential works such as the reflective journal, e-content, diagnostic and achievement test papers, and other assignments. She provided clear instructions on preparing structured lesson plans, emphasizing objective setting, use of teaching aids, and evaluation methods. Following this, a reflection round was conducted where student-teachers from various schools shared their experiences.   WEEK -2 MONDAY - SATURDAY  (21-07-25 to 26-07-25) REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE MONDAY -21-07-25  On the 6 th day of first phase of teaching practice, I reached the school at 9:15 AM and signed the attendance register. A special assembly was conducted in connection with Moon Day, which began at 9:40 AM. The midterm examination also commenced on the same day, and I was assigned exam duty during the 3rd and 4th periods. During the noon meal break, we, the teacher trainees, actively participated in serving food to the students as part of the noon meal program. In the 5th and 6th periods, selected students from the 7th and 8th standards who are part of the Science Club were shown a documentary related to science, which aimed to inspire and engage their scientific curiosity.  DATE:20-07-25 The Natural Science department of Sabarigiri College of Education organized the first weekly reflection of our initial phase of teaching practice on Sunday, 20th July 2025. The session was held online via Google Meet from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. During the meeting, our teacher, Sreedevi Miss, encouraged each student to share their experiences from the past week. Students from various schools actively participated and reflected on their one-week teaching journey.  The discussion helped us recognize the differences in school environments and student behavior across institutions. Additionally, the teacher inquired about the progress of our teaching manuals and related tasks. She offered valuable guidance on effectively writing blogs, preparing teaching manuals, and maintaining reflective journals.       Teaching practice phase 1 WEEK 1 WEEK 1 : MONDAY TO FRIDAY (14-07-2025 TO 18-07-2025) INTRODUCTION   The first phase of our teaching practice is scheduled at St. Gorette HSS, Punalur, from 14th July 2025 to 26th September 2025. Dr. G. Roy, Principal of Sabarigiri College of Education, Anchal, assigned eight students to this school. From the Natural Science department, I, Nuju Fatima M, along with Muhsina Sulaiman, were selected. The English department was represented by Stephy, Haseena Suja, and Bishnuja, while Jerin from the Physical Science department and Shinu from the Mathematics department were also included in the group.
